There will be 3 apartment buildings on Parke Shon Mani, of which the first is now finished. Each building consists of 8 brand new two-bedroom rental apartments, of which 4 apartments are still available for rent at this moment.

The first floor apartments are designed with the typical tropical high ceilings which gives the apartments a more spacious look and feel and enables the hot air to ascent.

The two bedrooms are equipped with split airconditioning units and lowered ceilings. The kitchen has an electric cooktop and a fridge. On the balcony you will find a special storage room where the hot water boiler is located and where a washing machine (not included) can be put.

A communal swimming pool is being build and will be available for all residents of Parke Shon Mani.
