Apartments (for rent)

At this moment in time we have 4 apartments available for rent in the first apartment building, at NAf 1,600 per month. Each building consists of 8 apartments and as soon as the other two buildings are finished, after this summer, there are 16 more apartments available.
The apartments are brand new, spacious, light and equipped with airconditioning units in both bedrooms. Furthermore, all kitchens dispose of a double door fridge/freezer and electric cooktop and there is a separate laundry closet on the terrace/balcony with a hot water boiler installed and where a washing machine (not included) can be placed.
The preparations for a ceiling fan in the living room are made, so a fan can easily be installed if so desired.
Internet and television infrastructure is currently being put down by Flow and will therefore be available shortly for NAf 65,- per month. If the Flow Lite package is not enough for you, you can individually sign up for an extended or "theme" package with Flow.
For the sake of convenience we are having Pagatinu (see Aqualectra) installed, so that all tenants are in control of their consumption. Within a week or so from now the Pagatinu boxes will be installed.

Villas (for sale and for rent)

The third villa is progressing very nicely (see picture) and we have decided to put the two model homes on the market for long term rent as well as for sale. Construction of the fourth villa will start this summer.
We build to order, which means we start building once a lot is sold.
Ofcourse more houses can be built simultaneously. And this way buyers are enabled to make their own choice in tiles and colors, and they have the possibility to have some adjustments done to the house upfront, if so desired. A wall or window can be moved up to a certain extent and it is possible to have changes made to the kitchen. Special wishes obviously need to be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Once the pool and a part of the tropical gardens are finished one has a very clear view of the atmosphere and 'look and feel' of what Parke Shon Mani will look like.

News Letter – March 2011

Posted: March 3rd, 2011

It has been a while since you heard from us.
But that doesn’t mean there's no activity on Parke Shon Mani.
At this moment we are focused on the finalisation of the apartment buildings.

Apartments

One of in total three apartment buildings has been delivered recently.
This complex exists of eight rental apartments, divided over two stories.
50% of the available apartments in this first building are rented by now. Goal is to finish the other two buildings this summer.

Villas

Since last November the two model houses are ready for viewings and for sale.
The construction of the two villas is exactly the same but they each have a totally different atmosphere because of the difference in surface finishing and lining. The villas can - up to a certain extent - be finished according to your personal wishes which will enable you to create a (partly) tailor-made home.

Preparations for the construction of the third villa started end of last February. This villa will match the personal wishes of the buyer. Certain changes have been made prior to construction, among which: a larger porch vs. a slightly smaller living room and a tailor made kitchen with cooking range.

Oasis

Parke Shon Mani in the district of Vredenburg will become an oasis of calmness and tropical green. It’s located nearby the old city centre of Punda, the most popular beaches and business centre Salinja. It is the most central location on the Island!

News Letter – November 2010

November 27th, 2010

The Open House of 20 November on Parke Shon Mani was a big succes and we were happy to welcome many guests interested in our project.
The Open House was co-organised by Ennia Insurances, and the beautiful interior decoration of the model homes was arranged by Mundo Mio (for which our special thanks!). Following the Open Day and several articles in the printed media we received many positive responses. We would like to thank all visitors for their presence.

Progress Park

You can now visit us to have a look at the model homes yourself. Furthermore, the entrance of the park is paved and planted. In the middle of the entrance there are two large Foxtail palm trees surrounded by flowers to create an lush and tropical image. This is a preview of how the entire park, there will soon look like. Ofcourse some time is needed for everything to grow and before we can truly speak about "Living in the Green".

The irrigation system for the entire park has now been installed. This system is computer controlled and will irrigate different parts of the park at different times in order to prevent loss of water pressure.

The pool's concrete has been poured and now we are going to start with the finishing.

Apartments

The first of the three apartment buildings is ready for rental. You can choose either furnished or unfurnished rental. Because of the construction work on the building site and the garden being planted we offer a reduced price for the time being. Especially for tenants with a standard office hours working week it's important to know that no noisy construction work is being done in the weekend.

The apartments have an area of approx. 85 m2 and consist of two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and a spacious terrace on the ground floor or balcony on the second floor. When designing Parke Shon Mani a lot of attention was paid to privacy. Due to the location of the apartment buildings and the planting, villa residents and tenants do not suffer from ‘peeping Toms’.

News Letter – September 2010

Posted: September 28th, 2010

In recent months a lot of progress has been made in Parke Shon Mani. Through this newsletter we inform you about the latest developments of the project and we try to give you an impression through the pictures added.

Progress Parke Shon Mani

End of February 2009, preliminary operations took place for building Parke Shon Mani. It started with the transformation process of turning raw land into developed land. Soil improvement and good drainage systems are considered particularly significant by Bouw & Management Curacao N.V. Approximately 20,000 m3 of excavated soil (clay soil) was backfilled by 20,000 m3 of improved ground. Every 30 cm of soil was compacted with rollers to ensure a reliable and solid foundation.

Villas

All 18 cm thick concrete floor slabs are ready – complete with encased soil and electricity pipes.
The two display homes are nearly ready for viewing. Two different styles are represented: One house displays a classic style, with brown wooden frames and a nice ‘wood look' floor tiling. This property has an open ceiling, which creates a very spatial effect.

The other house represents a contemporary style with white wooden frames, a light marble-coloured floor and a smooth white ceiling. Once the model houses are completed an open day will be held to give you the opportunity to see the two model homes for yourself. We expect the next open day will be held in the first half of November. We will keep you informed about the exact date through our website and news letter.

Infrastructure

The circle shaped infrastructure is constructed in such a way that all homes and apartments are easily accessible.

The pool and pond

The pool has been excavated and the formwork is placed. The pool will have a 150m ² surface area. The pond has been completely excavated as well. The pool and pond will unite beautifully due to the similar shapes and alignment.

Apartments

All three apartment buildings, consisting of 24 ‘premium' rental apartments in total, have been built and are currently in the finishing stage. The apartments that are almost finished, will be offered for rent at a reduced rate in the near future, due to the temporary construction activities at the building site. Focus for these upper market segment apartments is on the long(er) term lessee. A furnished model apartment will soon be ready for viewing.
